Under sunny skies the Midweek Ladies held their Pink Ribbon event to raise funds for breast cancer research and support 🎀
Thank you to all those who came to play tennis, share a delicious morning tea and support this fantastic cause! Special thanks to wearing their finest pink gear and bringing their enthusiastic spirit! So far we have raised over $2,047 🙌💖💪🎾

Did you know we've now purchased a new ball machine for the use of our club members?! 🎾
Our lobster one has served us well but it is now time for an upgrade 🥲

We’ll also have new pressurized tennis balls that work really well with the ball machine 🤩

Last Sunday we had our Junior Prize giving. During the ceremony we acknowledged all those Junior players, that represented our club during Charman Cup, placed top of the table (1st or 2nd) either pre or post Christmas interclub competition, winner teams of the Marbles tournament, singles & doubles club champs winners/runner-ups and also our club awards 🎾

Committee Cup (beginner girls) – Ciara Lee 🏆
Most improved boy – Fred Scott 🏆
Most improved girl – Erin Chen 🏆

Jasmine Hweh award (scholarship) – Dylan Lu & Amy Zhu 🏆

Thanks to everyone that made it on Sunday. And as we mentioned during the closing part, we’re in search of a new Junior convenor for the 26/27 season, so please reach out to anyone at the club, if you’d like to take on this role 🙌🏽
We also want to thank Cynthia for organizing our Marbles tournament and also for her hard work during the last few season as the club’s Junior convenor.

Only 2 days until our Pink Ribbon Tennis Event on Wednesday, 20th May from 9:00-11:30am to raise money to support breast cancer research! We will have fun tennis, raffles and morning tea so pop on your pink gear and come to the club to show your support!
