Core Stability + Hip Extension & Flexion = Better Movement Mechanics ✨

These are some of the areas I’ve been focusing on recently in classes and with clients. In many bodies, the core and hips are often weak, tight, or not functioning as efficiently as they could be — which can affect how we move, feel, and even contribute to ongoing aches and tightness.

When we improve core stability and restore healthy hip movement, everything tends to work better together… happier hips, better support for the lower back, improved posture, balance, strength, and more efficient movement patterns overall.
I now bring more functional movement patterns into every class because they’re practical, effective, and important for everyday life. My Yoga/Functional Movement classes (Yoga/FM on the timetable) are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and create more ease in your body.

So grateful to everyone who came along to today’s Himalayan Breathwork journey.🥰

Today’s intention was self-compassion — creating space to slow down, soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect with ourselves beyond the constant doing and pressure of everyday life.

Through breath, nervous system regulation, movement, and deep rest, we explored what it feels like to let go of holding so much tension and simply allow ourselves to be supported.

Thank you for showing up with openness, presence, and willingness.
There is something really powerful about breathing, healing, and resting together in community.

I hope you all left feeling a little lighter, calmer, and more connected to yourselves.🥰

In this Himalayan Breathwork, & Kriya session, we’ll gently guide the body and nervous system through breath, subtle movement, and awareness to support deep release of stored tension, stress, and emotional holding patterns.
