✨ Nationals Bound! ✨

A huge congratulations to our Senior Level 5 Grade 3 group who have officially qualified for Nationals in October! 🎉💙

This group has worked incredibly hard throughout the season, and their journey has been filled with plenty of highs and lows. There have been challenges to overcome, skills to master, moments of frustration, and lots of celebrations along the way — but what has impressed us most is the way these gymnasts have continued to show up, support each other, and keep pushing forward.

Their dedication, resilience, and commitment to improving every day has been amazing to watch. They have grown not only as gymnasts, but as a team, and we couldn’t be prouder of the effort, attitude, and determination they have shown throughout the year.

Qualifying for Nationals is a huge achievement and a reflection of the hard work from the gymnasts, coaches, and everyone who supports them behind the scenes.

We can’t wait to see this incredible group take the stage in October. Bring on Nationals! 💙🤸‍♀️✨

On Tuesday we said goodbye to an incredible member of the Howick Rhythmics whānau. 💙

After an amazing 15 years with HR, it's time to farewell Coach Cora as she begins her next adventure.

Cora's journey with our club began as a young gymnast before she grew into a dedicated and passionate coach. Watching her develop from athlete to mentor has been a privilege, and over the years she has inspired countless gymnasts with her kindness, patience, and encouragement.

What an incredible weekend away for our Senior Girls in Wellington! ✈️🤸‍♀️

A huge thank you to for hosting such an amazing event and creating such a positive competition experience for all of our athletes.

Outside of the competition floor, the girls loved making memories together — visiting The Beehive, walking along the beautiful Wellington waterfront, and finishing with a lovely team dinner together thanks to .nz ❤️

We are so proud of the way the girls represented our club both on and off the floor this weekend and we cannnot wait to update you on the results! 👏

Term 2 starts today at Howick Rhythmics and we are so excited to welcome everyone back for another amazing term!

Before the holidays, our gymnasts had a fantastic time at our HR GFA Festival, showcasing all the skills they’ve been working so hard on. It was wonderful to see their confidence, smiles, and love for rhythmic gymnastics shining through — we are so proud of everyone who took part!
