When you attend a seminar, you place yourself in an environment where you can receive invaluable knowledge, skills, and insights from the great legends of Kyokushin. It’s an opportunity to learn directly from those who have dedicated their lives to the art and to deepen your own Karate journey and skills.

Our whanau gained huge value yesterday. Massive aroha to our Shihans, Senseis, and all who attended, OSU🥋
