After golf next Wednesday, if weather permits we are having a working bee, just for an hour at 2pm - all golfers (men and women) are welcome - we'll be clearing out weeds by the 12th tee. Bring your gardening gloves and some elbow grease. Look forward to seeing a great turnout - please come even if you haven't played golf that day.

We are looking for a reliable, multi-talented Reception/Bar Person & Assistant to the Clubhouse Manager to join our crew. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same!
The Details:
• 🗓 Part-Time (rostered): 15–25 hours per week.
• 🕒 Schedule: Includes weekends (essential).
• 📍 Location: Waiheke Golf Club.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Front of House: Managing the bar, café/food service, and welcoming golfers at reception.
• Pro Shop: Handling gear rentals (carts/clubs) and shop sales.
• Clubhouse Support: Assisting the Manager with ordering supplies, Xero invoicing, and member enrolments.
• Social & Events: Helping organize special events and keeping our Facebook/Website buzzing.
About You:
You are proactive, tech-savvy (or quick to learn!), and love providing great service. Whether you’re restocking the bar, replying to booking emails, or tidying the deck, you take pride in the Club’s appearance. You will have 3 year's experience, and hold a Duty Manager Certificate.
• An interest in golf is a plus, but definitely not essential!
