North Harbour Kyokushin at the NZ Kyokushin kata seminar in Kihikihi on Saturday. Grateful to Shihans Stephen and Diane Takiwa for their precision, depth of knowledge, and commitment to preserving strong kata standards. We took away technical refinements, deeper understanding, and plenty to work on back on the dojo.
