Working smarter, not harder. Still getting everything done but rest was badly needed this week for me. Absolutely wrecked my knee last week and won’t be teaching until I’m back from the UK later in the year. Lucky for me I can work from the sofa and look at the snowy mountains 🤷‍♀️que cera cera

Dairy Free, Gluten Free and packed with nutrients and is full of good fats and Low carbs. My body really dislikes banana so I use 🥑 instead to get a really thick base for my smoothie bowl 🥣

Chia seeds. A power house of nutrients.
Chia seeds contain Quercetin, an antioxidant which can be helpful with many things, especially boosting the immune system.

2tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup coconut milk from the can try
2 tbsp protein powder
2tbsp mixed seeds / nuts - h**p, pumpkin, flaxseed, slivered almonds.
Handful of blueberry & a dash of maple'.
