If you’ve ever trained at 4:50am, chances are you’ve been greeted by Carmel’s smile and calm, positive energy before the sun’s even up 🌅💪
Carmel is the definition of consistency. Never the loudest in the room, but always quietly putting in the work session after session, year after year. She just gets it done. No fuss, no shortcuts, just hard work and commitment 👏
Since joining us in 2022, she’s become such a valued part of our early morning crew. Great chats, a big smile, and always showing up ready to give the workout her best. We also love seeing her train alongside Jenna - a pretty cool mother/daughter duo ❤️
1000 classes is a huge achievement and a real reflection of the effort, discipline and dedication Carmel brings every single week ⭐️

Because home scales only tell you one thing - total weight. They don’t tell you what’s actually changing inside your body.
