January feels like a lifetime ago, doesn’t
it? ❄️
The Mid Year Check-In isn’t about
judging where you’ve been; it’s about
deciding where you’re going next
With 6 months left in 2026, how are your
checkboxes looking? There’s still plenty
of time to tick off the big ones, and we’re
here right alongside you to make it
happen 💪🏼

MEMBER OF THE MONTH – MAY ✨
Huge shoutout to our amazing Bunny Cummings.
An OG member of our community and such an incredible inspiration to us all. Bunny shows up no matter what, proving that setbacks don’t have to stop you from chasing your goals. After undergoing major hip surgery, she got herself back into training with determination, resilience, and the most positive attitude.
She always walks in with a smile, brings the best energy, and lifts up everyone around her. We are so lucky to have her as part of our community.
Thank you Bunny for inspiring us every single day. 💪✨

Congratulations to our Mother’s Day Giveaway winner, Lara Diamond-Brahne! 🌸💪
A well-deserved popular vote winner who continues to lead by example and show what’s possible through consistency, strength, and determination. Your dedication to both motherhood and fitness is truly inspiring.
To all the incredible mothers who participated, thank you. Every story, every reason, and every journey shared reminded us that motherhood is one of the toughest and most selfless roles there is. Finding time to prioritise your health and fitness while giving so much to others is no easy task, and the fact that you continue to show up for yourselves and your families is something worth celebrating.
You are all inspiring in your own way, and we’re so grateful to have such an amazing community of strong women around us 💖

✨ Meet Reed Sewter our Membership Consultant & PT✨
We’re so excited to have Reed as part of the Flex Fitness Henderson team! With a Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science and a background in hockey, Pilates, mobility, and strength training, she brings knowledge, energy, and a genuine passion for helping others feel confident in their fitness journey.
Specialising in strength training, weight loss, mobility, and building balanced routines that fit real life, Reed is all about making fitness feel welcoming, empowering, and achievable. Whether you’re just starting out, getting back into training, or wanting to push yourself further, she’s here to help you feel supported every step of the way.
Fitness has always been a big part of her life, from playing hockey and training in the gym to teaching classes and helping people build confidence through movement. She loves creating a space where everyone feels included, encouraged, and proud of what their body can do.
Outside the gym, you’ll probably find her at the beach, going for runs, or trying out a new sport. Her music taste is a mix of R&B and gym hype songs.
Her philosophy:
“Fitness should make you feel strong, confident, and proud of what your body can do.”
Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, build strength, improve your technique, feel more confident in the gym, or simply enjoy training more, Reed is here to help you feel motivated, capable, and ready to smash your goals.
