Boat back in her berth and rig is now in the capable hands of NZ Rigging.

First race on the RNZYS winter series.
Unfortunately we had a problem in a gybe in the prestart which lead to the boom breaking and then the mast also breaking. Everyone on board is okay just a few bruises. Thanks to our amazing crew for getting everything back on board with no further damage to the boat. And to coastguard for their assistance.
Not really sure what will happen from here.

Stoked to come away with the series win. We have a team of amazing people that give up their time to sail on this awesome boat, good times had by all.

After tearing our J1 in half off Rangitoto light on Friday night the new sail is curing under heat blankets and should be ready for racing on Wednesday night.

Awesome weekend Racing in the RNZYS Commodores Cup and Evolution Sails Kawau Regatta. Great close racing with Mojo all the way to the end of the around Kawau race. Thanks to the amazing crew that also love sailing on the cool boat.

Awesome sailing in th RNZYS winter series. New Kite made a massive difference to our down wind speed. The old one was 20 years old and was probably better at straining spaghetti. ⛵️
