No Class on Monday 27 Jan as it's Auckland Anniversary Day.
Relax have good family time.
Reminder first class back for existing students is 6pm Monday 13 Jan.

Monday 6 - 7 pm
Wednesday 6 - 7 pm
Saturday 9 - 10 am

All members Blue belt above need to attend one session, minimum.
Black and Brown belts should attend as many sessions as possible.
These seminars are necessary part of your growth and development to higher grades.
No 3.30pm class today, Tuesday 19 March, as Hall is being used for a function.
Full schedule of karate classes start again from today.
Monday 6 - 7pm
Tuesday 3.30 - 4.30pm

Thursday 3.30 - 4.30pm
Friday 3.30 - 4.30pm
Saturday 10 - 11 am
Saturday 9 - 10am for Kobudo and higher karate grades
