Tonga vs Australia Game saw the Tonga invitational producing its greatest ever win in their rise up the rugby league world as they held off Australia to claim a stunning 16-12 win at Eden Park.

Test matches postponed due to coronavirus The mid-year Oceania Cup Tests between New Zealand and Tonga and Samoa and the Cook Islands have been postponed as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.

📢 Oceania Cup League in BACK this year with three cracking double headers!

The June double header will have New Zealand Rugby League (NZRL) Kiwis taking on Tonga Invitational XIII in what will be another EPIC battle, + TOA SAMOA play the
Cook Islands Rugby League.

October will see TWO double headers with Tonga Invitational XIII play Fiji Rugby and Toa Samoa play PNG Kumuls!

Followed by the final double header with NZ Kiwis vs Fiji and PNG Kumuls vs Cook Islands where the Oceania Cup (Pool A) and Oceania Shield (Pool B) will be decided.

📢 Oceania Cup 2020!

With the Australian Kangaroos 🇦🇺 on tour next year there will be no relegation from Group A in the Oceania Cup in 2020.

Oceania Shield winners, the Fiji National Rugby League Limited Bati 🇫🇯, will be promoted to join the New Zealand Kiwis 🇳🇿 and Tonga 🇹🇴, whilst the Cook Islands Rugby League 🇨🇰 will join Group B.

Venues and dates for the tournament will be announced soon.
