I started my Journey overweight and depressed. For years I had worked hard at letting myself go and focusing on the wrong things. I am an ex sports person and had several injuries that had controlled my life with medications and debilitating pain. I decided to take my life into my own hands and set out on a journey to find the best way to get me up and running. This included finding and incorporating 'bodyweight training' and callisthenics into my everyday routine. What foods work for and against me. My journey has lead me down many roads with hundreds of books read and Certification in Personal Training a Bachelors Degree in Sport Health and Management and a passion to help others find true health. I work with many clients from mothers and office workers to builders, sports people and athletes. My main focus is always to find what works for the individual client and to motivate and educate. Everyone has their own Heffalump even those that have been training for years, some don't know what theirs is others know exactly what it is but don't know how to get over it. Either way i can help with nutritional and fitness information as well as mental skills coaching. All these factors will play a part in your success.
