Checking your email’s and messages during the day when you’re working on other things, makes you 10 points stupider…
A study done by the Institute of Psychiatry in London found that multi-tasking with electronic media caused a temporary 10-point decrease in IQ… Which is worse than smoking ma*****na or losing a nights sleep!
