I feel sad when I think of my uncles passing. The saddest part is that he didn't lead a memorable life. He did shift work in a steel company his whole life and when he retired he got sick and spend his last years sitting at home waiting to die. And he is not alone, so many people live like that. On a daily basis we hold on to negativity because we try to protect ourselves and often don't express our feelings. We then dwell on the emotional pain we have endured and judge the people who have been responsible.

Would it not be better to embrace vulnerability and learn how to let go by knowing when to forgive and when to say sorry?
