Yoke Fong started parkrunning to run for herself. But after getting involved with her local Achilles chapter, her parkrunning became about others.

Yoke volunteers at University of Waikato parkrun as a VI (Visually Impaired) guide, and shares how to be a good guide as well as how other parkrunners can ensure visually impaired runners can remain safe and supported at parkrun.
