This fun and friendly class brings together easy Jazz steps and classic disco move you know and you love. Designed especially for 65+, it’s all about moving, grooving and having a great time together. The moves are gentle and low-impact with your own pace. Just smiles, laughs and a little disco flair in a supportive environment.
