What an incredible Wellness Day we shared last Tuesday! ✨💃🌿
with Sophie Austin doTERRA Essential Oils New Zealand, Moodi

The room was filled with connection, movement, laughter, learning, calm moments and people choosing themselves again.

As someone who teaches dance fitness, holds space for others, and is on the go… I’ve had to learn that recovery is just as important as movement 💃✨

At the end of the day, my body definitely lets me know when it needs support 😅

Lately I’ve been winding down with this Moodi Mylk Chocolate magnesium blend before bed and honestly… it’s become part of my little nighttime ritual 🤎☕

Warm. Chocolatey. Calming.
A moment to slow my nervous system down after pouring into everyone else all day.

I’ve learned the hard way that you can’t out-train what’s going on inside your body.

For me, gut health has been a big piece of the puzzle. Energy, mood, focus… it all links back. If my gut’s off, I feel it in my classes, my motivation, and how I show up for people.

That’s why I’ve been supporting my system with . Not as a “quick fix” — but as part of actually taking care of myself properly. And honestly? I’ve noticed the difference. More stable energy, clearer head, and I just feel… better in myself.

As a fitness instructor, it’s easy to pour everything out and forget to refill your own cup. This is one of the ways I make sure I’m not running on empty.

Because looking after your health isn’t just about how you move — it’s about how you fuel, support, and respect your body from the inside out.

If you’re feeling a bit off, flat, or not quite yourself… don’t ignore it. Your body’s always talking.

Start listening 🤍
