When I was 18, I brought a worksite lamp that was on a stand to practice in the dark at my golf course range.
The practice didn’t start well as every noise I heard, I jumped and shanked my shot. 😆

Just had a epic 90 minute coaching session with one of my best clients,
This is how a coaching session from me goes:
Firstly some context:
I’ve been coaching this guy since November and his best score was 92.
Goal one break 90 (Done in 2 weeks)
Goal two shoot in the 80s consistently (Been doing that for 3 months)
I got a message to book in his next session with this:
Time to break 80 bro.

The break down
10-20 minutes of what’s been happening and what needs to change for people that shot in the 70s.
20-40 minutes on our technical side. We are working on reducing his big miss. RIGHT BALL.
Last 30 minutes. 2 drills and reconfirming the different things that need to happen.
