Tēnā koutou fam!

It’s te wiki o te reo Māori and we’re celebrating by using te reo in studio. Please come through and greet us with a hearty “Ata mārie” or “Mōrena” - we’ll drop some “ka pai!”, “ka rawe” when it’s mean as or a pumping “kia kaha” when you need it 💪🏽

We also live off kawhe so we added a sheet to help you order in reo Māori 🤎

Kia kaha, kia māia, kia manawanui!

To the fathers out there doing their best to provide and care for the families: we see you and wish you and your families love and blessings over the weekend.

We also acknowledge the fathers that have passed on, who have left their legacy, love and lessons for us - may you always be in our hearts.

And much love and blessings to those that stepped up or stepped into the role of father.

From all of the aiga (family) at MODE, we love you and wish you all the best this Sunday.

Alofa aku 🤎

100 Club!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

You’re the 1. The shirt is the 00. Put them together and that’s 100 classes of showing up, rain or shine, tired legs, early mornings, no excuses.

We couldn’t put the number on without the person to complete it. That’s the whole point. This club isn’t about the shirt, it’s about what you had to do to earn it.

Today we celebrate the first ever members of the 100 Club. The one who set the standard before anyone else had a shirt to chase.

To everyone building toward your own 00, this is proof it’s possible. Thank you for building with us.

See you at your next milestone.

Ia manuia.

LSKD NZ 🤝🏽 MODE FITNESS STUDIO

LSKD Store Athletes Father’s Day Celebration was FIRE this AM. Shoutout to the dads, the brothers, the mates that came through this AM and spent some time sharing a killer SIGNATURE session together.

This one was dedicated to all those dads out there doing their best - the ones here with us, those that have passed on and to those who are doing the role of a father and loving parent 🤎

Shot boys that’s how we roll! You will always have a home at MODE 🫡💯
