Trainees move through the stages various stages of espresso production gaining much needed confidence and becoming work ready. we also offer wicked specialty classes like taking a grinder apart, machine maintenance and coffee appreciation sessions. We do, because you need to know how it works and why understanding your grinder is key to being an Expert Barista.
