Today we celebrate an incredible milestone, 10 years of Lauren! πŸŽ‰

Lauren began her journey at the Bays as a swim instructor, before stepping into the role of SwimMagic Coordinator, and now leading as our Facility Manager.

Over the years, she has become the heart of our team, a leader who leads by example every single day. We are so grateful for everything she brings to the Bays and can’t wait to see what the next 10 years hold!
