We currently offer two signature classes — both low-impact, high-result, and designed to support long-term wellness, strength, and confidence, as well as a total-body strength and endurance body conditioning class — so there is truly something for everyone!

Due to staffing changes, there won't be any Barre classes over these school holidays (Monday 14th April - Sunday 27th April) whilst we get the new teachers settled in.
