Hi everyone, for those who don’t already know, we run a local boot camp at Pakuranga Heights Primary School every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8am.
We do a mixture of cardio, strength and core training suitable for all fitness levels. We supply all of the equipment so all you need to do is show up, we take care of the rest! Better yet, your first session is completely FREE!
Each session has a maximum of 15 people, so please get in touch to book your spot. After your initial free first session, it’s just $15 per session.

~ANNOUNCEMENT~ We are going mobile!
From today we will be offering PT sessions at our home/backyard, outdoors at local parks, at your home/backyard, as well as online!
We will provide all of the equipment we need to smash out some awesome workouts! 💪🏼 We are located in East Auckland but are happy to travel Auckland wide!
If you have a friend, or 2, or 3 who may want to join, bring ‘em along! We do group sessions/boot camps too!
Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, build muscle, improve fitness, anything, we’ve got you!
It’s been a tough few months of lockdown but let’s be sure to end this year strong and start 2022 with a bang! 🎉

Welcome to Caitlin Rose Fitness!
Exercise should be a reward, not a punishment! There may be a sore muscle or two along the way, but I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, not dreaded!
I offer Personal Training at City Fitness Auckland Locations, Online Fitness Coaching, and Custom Training Programs tailored to suit your goals.
I've been training for 5 years and during those 5 years, I have been through weight loss, weight gain, recovery from an eating disorder, muscle building and body recomposition.
I've learnt that a workout is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate. My experience has inspired my desire to help others on their journeys and to help break the under-eating and overtraining cycle!
I am 100% committed to helping you reach your goals through making sustainable changes to suit your lifestyle and making sure you are enjoying the process every step of the way!
