A wonderful stop in historic Mitarai for lunch and a stroll around the old town before taking a 30-minute ferry ride to Omishima Island.

We began our adventure today with a short drive out of the city to Kure, where we then rode onto the Tobishima Kaido, a network of bridges & Tunnels connecting the small islands of the Seto Inland Sea. Meet a little pre-historic friend on the way.
