🏏🌟 **NZ IPL Junior 3 – A Historic & Unforgettable Tournament** 🌟🏏

What an incredible two days it has been! Despite **wind, rain, and changing conditions**, the spirit of cricket, community, and joy shone through as **NZ IPL Junior 3** concluded successfully.

Over **two action-packed days**, we hosted:

* **88 players**
* **8 teams**
* **88 families**
* Nearly **400 people each day**

From **live tea and pakoras for breakfast**, **tea throughout the day**, to **pizza and lunch for everyone**, the event truly felt like a festival of cricket and community.

We were honoured by the presence of respected guests at the **prize-giving ceremony**, including:

* **His Excellency Dr. Madan Mohan Sethi**, Consul General of India
* **Hon. Rima Nakhle**, MP
* **Hon. Carlos Cheung**, MP for Mt Roskill

* **Swagatika Ji**, **Manisha Ji**, **Siva Kilari**, **Marshal Walia**, and other dignitaries and community leaders

Their encouragement added immense pride and inspiration for our young players.

🎉 **An IPL-Style Experience Like Never Before**
Our players enjoyed a truly unique journey — from the **Curtain Raiser event**, **IPL-style team selection**, **national anthems before matches**, **handshakes with MPs**, exciting **T20 matches**, **rain interruptions, DLS method, Super Overs**, and unforgettable on-field moments. If it exists in professional cricket — **we had it!**

🌱 **A Journey That Began With Friendship & a Dream**
This beautiful journey began in **2021**, when **Neha Mittal**, along with her husband, started friendly cricket games for their son **Rishaan **. Along the way, families came together — **Gurmanpreet and family**, **Parminder and her husband**, **Ekamveer’s family**, **Rupinder and her husband** — friendships grew, and a simple idea transformed into a **grand junior cricket tournament** like never before.

What started as friendly matches has now become a platform that celebrates **youth, teamwork, resilience, and community unity**.

🚀 **The Future Is Even Bigger**
At the conclusion of NZ IPL Junior 3, it was announced that an **even bigger and better version** of NZ IPL will return in **March**, including:

* A **Girls’ Tournament**
* **More age groups**
* An enhanced IPL-style experience

This is just the beginning.
