Yesterday we had an awesome opportunity to give back to our community by doing an interactive, hands-on demonstration on breaking down and rolling a wild pork at the Waipapakauri JMB Hunting & Fishing Comp.

It was great to share some of our butchery knowledge and practical skills with everyone who came along. We hope those who attended picked up a few new tips and enjoyed the experience.

We really appreciate the opportunity to give back to our community and support our local children. We hope everyone walked away with a few new tips and a great experience.
