The medals have officially found their forever home on our NZ Iron wall of fame. 🥇

A HUGE congratulations to our boss man & head coach, Wiremu, for taking out 1st Place + the Pro Card title in Men’s Physique at FMG INTERNATIONAL NEW ZEALAND 2026 over the weekend! 👏🔥

We’re absolutely stoked to call NZ Iron his home gym and even prouder to watch him show us how it’s done.

Next stop: Worlds in the Gold Coast next month. 🌏👀

When Wiremu started NZ Iron Strength, he knew there were things he wanted to do differently.

No overcrowded gym.
No outdated equipment.
No guessing your way through exercises.

So we capped our memberships, invested in quality equipment & upkeep of them, and created semi-private coaching to make sure you’re actually being coached-not just left to figure it out.

Built from the things he hated, into the gym we’re proud of today. 💪

To every single person who took time out of their day to stop by, say hello, join in the celebrations, and be part of our 4th birthday-thank you.

You all went above and beyond and made our fourth birthday one we’ll never forget. We’ve never seen the gym so packed, and it was incredible celebrating such a special milestone with each and every one of you.

We always talk about how amazing and close-knit our community is, and today was proof of exactly that. We’ll say it again… the NZ Iron Strength community is truly like no other, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.

A huge thank you as well to all of the amazing small businesses who came along and helped make the day so special. We appreciate every single one of you.

We hope you all had as much fun as we did. Here’s to many more years of NZ Iron Strength, more memories, and continuing to build the best community around.

We’ll see you in the gym. ❤️💪
