What a wonderful week we have had with our latest NZAMD exam results. One very special KS pupil has been working extremely hard this year in order to take "4 Exams" in one session!
Biggest congratulations to Alexia Gurney who sat her Level 4 & 5 Contemporary and Pre Elementary & Advance 1 jazz exams.
Alexia received for all exams the highest mark awarded "Distinction" for all of them - WOW!
Plus she received a scholarship nomination.
Well done Alexia you are such a hard worker and real little
super star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We would like to take this opportunity to recognise & Congratulate our senior KS dancer Heidi Bootland for taking her very last Ballet exam with us.
This week she took her Advanced Ballet NZAMD and was awarded "Distinction" the highest mark you can achieve.
Heidi has been a pupil with KS since she was 5yrs old starting with ballet then adding jazz, contemporary and has been part of our Performance group for the last few years. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach and watch Heidi's journey throughout the years. Heidi has always dedicated herself to dance, worked tirelessly to become the graceful & lovely dancer she is today.
Well done Heidi & big congratulations, so very proud of you! 💟🩰🩰🩰🩰

NZAMD Exam results are here & all pupils have successfully passed!
We received 13 Distinctions and 4 scholarship nominations 😀
Congratulations to Aurora Flay-Boukaram - Hip hop. Alexia Gurney - Contemporary. Lucy Hurley - Contemporary & Millie Davis - Jazz.
Together with our NZAMD May exams we have “6” nominations in total - wow amazing work dancers!
Big congratulations to all dancers & our amazing teachers for their continued hard work. 🥰

And just like that we have finished our NZAMD exams for 2026. All pupils have successfully passed & we had the most lovely examiner from Wellington Mrs Kylie Duncan.
