Cambridge Scottish Country Dancing Society is a fun and friendly place to spend an evening for people of all ages, whether it is to socialise and meet new people or to try something new and take up a new hobby. Rotorua dance Saturday
Are you looking for an easy, fun way to improve both your mental and physical fitness? Come along and find out for yourself - first night is free. Dancing starts at 7:30pm on Wednesday evenings in St Andrew's Church Hall, Hamilton Road, Cambridge (just look for the white church on the corner) and some friendly folk will welcome you with open arms. You don't have to be scottish to do Scottish Country Dancing - it is danced in over 56 countries by a wide range of ethnicities. You don't have to be fit either! A very special thank you to all the Scottish Country dancers who participated in the Cambridge Can Dance event held in the Cambridge Town Hall as part of the Cambridge Autumn Festival this evening. Dancers from Cambridge, Lochiel, Hamilton Scottish, Rotorua and Whakatane clubs made up three sets. A great time was had by all as can be seen in the video where the audience all joined in for a very fun dance. Unfortunately, the video only captures the last two times through but enough to show everyone having fun
Have a Go Night - this Wednesday, 26th February 2025 at 7:30pm at St Andrew's Church Hall, corner of Victoria and Hamilton Roads, Cambridge. Scottish Country Dancing sounds difficult but it's not!
