A tagged photo from a member warmed my ♥️
This is exactly what I pictured when I created FORMA.
A space where real life doesn’t have to stop just because you want to do something for yourself.
I pushed for kids to be welcome in the studio and I built the whole health & safety policy around making that possible.
Because sometimes you’ve got a baby with you.
Sometimes childcare falls through, kids have school holidays and sometimes life is just… life.
And that shouldn’t mean your workout is the first thing to go.
Seeing this little one happily hanging out while Mum gets her movement in makes me ridiculously happy.
This is FORMA being used exactly how I intended it.
Real people. Real lives. Real movement.

Just like Jen, I’m also a solo mum.
I created FORMA around real life. My life!
I always had the best intentions of making it to exercise classes, but life would get in the way. A sick child, work, appointments or simply not being able to make a set class time. FORMA means I can move on my schedule and bring my child when I need to. Consistency is what gets results and most importantly a stronger body, better movement and a healthier, pain-free life.

Stretching, strengthening, wobbling and definitely laughing our way through it.

I challenged my friend Jen to one of the HYROX-inspired reformer workouts today and it definitely delivered! 🔥
Jen is just 8 weeks out from her bodybuilding competition and spends countless hours in the gym building strength.
Even with her incredible strength, reformer gave her a whole new challenge. The combination of strength, endurance, stability and control had her working hard from start to finish. It was the ring work that finally brought on the famous Pilates shake!
Jen is proof that no matter how fit or strong you are, reformer will find a way to challenge you. 💪
