Well i better get back onboard and update everybody on my weekend dartwise so here we go.

So friday was a.big day with the colonel classic at the black horse hotel and with 100 players and many top players from all over nz and some from australia fighting for the top prize of $5000.i got through section play with all my games won and went into the knockouts feeling good and kept the feeling going all the way to the semis with some hard fought games on the way and boy it was no less of a fight in the semi playing the big rig mr ben robb.i was down 2-0 but clawed my way back to give myself chances.the game was then a back n forth battle where it went to the last leg.i had 50 left and missed two darts at the double 20 to go into the final.ben had 74 left and his first dart he hit a single 11 and boy did i waje up again.his next dart was a single 13 leaving him bullseye to win and i was confident i was getting another shot.and then all i seen was a massive gerwyn price storming around(hahahahahahaha).he hit the dam thing.and big ups to him aswell coz that was awesome.so with that being said ben went on to beat my kereru brother craig ross in the final and i had to play the youngster kayden milne for 3rd and 4th which was a tough one mentally lol as we were buggered but i stole it somehow lol.

Next day was the mixed pairs where i paired up with victoria monaghan and tbh we had a pretty full on section but managed to qualify.onto the knockouts and we both struggled but we kept fighting through the struggles to make it to the finals where we played the gunnz from wellington craig caldwell and nicole regnaud who both showed their class to go and take it out in another last leg decider.well done cc and nicole and also to my partner vic.im going to be honest right now and say that with what you have done and gone through with yourself vic that i respect everything you have done and what you stand for.and i really hope more people try to aswell.

And now onto the canterbury open singles where i again qualified feeling ok lol.not my best but i got through then won my first knockout game to having to go down next game again against craig caldwell and again in another last leg decider lol.well done again cc.haupai puha winning the day beating jonny tata.well played guys.

Moving onto to the final day of the weekend i paired up with the bro haupai puha and man was i rubbish in the section play.hopes carried like crazy(normal) lol.but as we got into knockout rounds i started to find a couple of triples and a double here and there.we found ourselves in the final playing our new zealand representitives for the world cup of darts ben robb and warren parry.And we new it was going to be a massive game.in the end with some meke finishing from my partner we won 4-3 and i finally got a dub in the weekend lol.was stoked to win a game like that against a team like that aswell.To ben and wazza i wish you both the best over in germany lads and know you will do us proud.prepare well and give it everything and enjoy the moment.

Me and the bro hopes are in the koru lounge at chch airport waiting for our flight to hamilton for another weekend of darts for the next lot of dpnz pro tour.look forward to the challenge.lesgoooooo

⚠️⚠️RECAP TIME⚠️⚠️

So on the weekend we had the dpnz pro tour 5/6 at the sun city dart club in nelson.and boy did that bring back some memories for me playing there again.Anyways i was feeling really good and confident about my weekend and feel like it has been showing in my results as i picked up 16 points over the weekend making quarter finals both days losing to kayden milne on saturday and josh walters on sunday.The standard was actually very strong as no matter who u played it was always gunna be a tough game.So for me to get these results and to get the compliments i have been getting is epic and keeps me building my game towards where we all want to be and thats pro level.

Congrats to the big guy ol ben robb(big rigg) on winning both days my bro.as always brother u are a very consistent and tough player to play and your results show so again congrats bro.And unlucky to his competitors who he played in those finals aswell kayden and haupai.

Thank you to the housemates i stayed with over the weekend.was an awesome weeknd as usual.i am glad i dont eat too much and i dont drink coke lol.also too that awesome guy matt burns for picking me up from the airport and driving us around all weekend bro.Your the man.

I just want to thank my darling for pushing me to play these tournaments and allowing me to strive for greatness in my passion of darts.I am forever greatful.And also to my family who are always supporting me.Love you all.
