NORTHSOUTH adults and youth programs are growing faster than we can keep up. So we have updated our timetable to suit.

From the Monday 14th of September the new timetable will take into effect.

We have simplified our timetable so ALL adults evening classes start at 6.30pm and are followed by open training. We have also added a Senior kids class at 5.45pm Tuesday & a Nogi fundamental class every saturday at 10am.

There are some exciting events coming up with our annual 100 rolls for mens mental health kicking off on the 3rd of October. Make sure you pop in to support, it is an epic day.

Just. Around. The corner - Saturday the third of October, stay tuned

The time is near.

Another year. Another 100 Rollz for men’s mental health. This year will mark the 4th year of rolling for men’s mental fortitude.

We roll for the purpose of making it aware that men carry so much, and in this age it’s looked at as normal. But normal creates stress, normal creates resentment, normal creates not communicating. But normal in this day and age ultimately creates stress and stress creates chaos. And chaos brings nothing but disruption.

At the minimum. If we can create awareness to this situation , the stress to become chaotic becomes the same energy to become creative. Normal should be normal. But it’s hard to discover what normal is. We all know it. But we need to realise what it is again.

This year is different. Same cause, multiple gyms working towards the same goal. Jahred is one of New Zealand’s most recognised grappling practitioners and a long-time friend of the Northsouth community.

A highly accomplished competitor and coach, Jahred will be running a workshop from 10:00 AM, followed by rounds.
