Knowing your normal means recognising when something has changed.

Breast changes can look and feel different for everyone. Most changes aren't cancer, but it's important to get them checked.

If you notice a lump, skin or shape changes, ni**le changes, or anything that doesn't seem normal for you, make an appointment with a GP.

Men's Health Week reminder: Men can get breast cancer too. While breast cancer is less common in men, it does happen.

Signs and symptoms for men can include:
🔹 A lump or area of thickened tissue, often close to or behind the ni**le
🔹 Changes to the skin, such as dimpling, redness or changes in shape
🔹 Ni**le changes, including a ni**le that becomes inverted, itchy or ulcerated
🔹 Fluid or discharge from the ni**le
🔹 Persistent breast/chest pain or tenderness
🔹 A lump in the armpit

This Men's Health Week, and always, help spread the word by reminding the men in your life to pay attention to changes in their bodies and speak to a GP if something doesn't seem right.
