Hi all fabulous beer leaguers!

Just thought I'd let you know that in addition to the $100 collected on the night, we put through another $55 in added donations from you in donations to Youth Mental Health!

The draft has taken place, teams as below.

This is an important game as 25% of all takings will be donated to youth mental health so if you can afford to give a little more than $20 for the game then 100% of the little more that you give will be donated to this worthy cause!

We'll meet at the Muppets clubhouse (Brew Academy on Falsgrave Street at 8PM. There will be a draw for 2 free beers. In order to qualify for the draw, you need to be there before 8.15PM.

Calling all beer leaguers!

We have a beer league game this Friday night (29 July 2022) on ice from 10PM to 11PM.

Limited spots available due to some awesome players paying in advance from the last game.

This is the second to last beer league game for 2022 so be in.

Cost is $20 per player.

Teams will be drafted on Wednesday so comment below if you're keen to play!

Meet at Brew Academy in Falsgrave Street between 8.00PM to 8.15PM for a brew or two. To be eligible for one of the two free pints drawn on the night, you must be present by 8.15PM for the draw.

If you'd rather just meet at the rink to play, no problems, see you there ready to play at 10PM.

The game will be reffed, any abuse of on ice officials, off ice officials or other players will result in immediate expulsion from the game.

Let's have a good. clean, fun game that we all enjoy after a couple of beersies, it's social ice hockey, there is no sheep station at stake.

If you want to drink sideline, you can BUT you must buy it from the rink please. Please tidy up after yourselves and put rubbish in the bin.

Game format is 5 min warm up, 3 X 16 minute periods, 2 X 2 minute breaks roughly.

This game is reffed, refs decision is final. Any stupidity results in expulsion from the game sorry. It's beer league people, not the NHL, the focus is on fun as well as enjoying the company of like minded people.

The ability of players is varying so be kind :)

Hi all you keen beer leaguers!

We're back baby for 2022 :)

Hopefully you're all still keen to play beer league on a Friday night as we're locked and loaded to play, the ice is booked, the beer is cold, it's on!

Due to ice price increases, the price has gone up slightly but still a good price as all games are reffed.

If you a member of the Puck Muppets ice hockey club, i.e you play In either Grade 3 or 2 of the Puck Muppets or Grade 3 of the Kraken, your beer league game is $20.00.

For all other beer leaguers, your game is $25.00.

We still meet at the Puck Muppets club house prior to the games and the player of the game from each team gets a FREE beer at the clubhouse before the next game. Additionally if your name is drawn randomly out of the hat at the clubhouse, you get a free beer on the sideline (limited to 2 players per team) OR at the clubhouse (your choice). Please note, you're more than welcome to purchase your own beer to drink sideline BUT it must be from the rink, no outside alcohol to be brought into the rink.

All games on ice 10PM to 11PM.

Events will be posted a week prior to the ice time, maximum 10 players plus a goalie per team. First in, first paid into the Muppets account secures their spot.
