Rollin' into Week 3 of our In-house 12 week challenge π₯
We walk the line between Individual Personal Training and Group Training every day, every class and this challenge is no different
Everyone chose what they wanted to focus on and each week we take steps towards our goals π«

Kia ora,
My name is Mush. And I'm a Fast Fitness Facilitator.
I stumbled across this style of Fitness in 2011 when I was looking for some alternative training for my rugby team when the fields were too wet to train on. Conveniently at the time, Reebok CrossFit Canterbury was literally across the road. And it was maybe, the size of a decent driveway.
After recovering from my 3rd knee operation, I realized it was time to hang up the boots and in 2012 I joined after falling in love with Oly Lifting and having fully drunk the Kool Aid, did my first Open in 2013. I've always played team sports and this is probably the closest I'm going to get to it. I enjoy the positive peer pressure.
When the 2023 Open was approaching, I was reminded again as to why I do what I do and I love what I do. I think it's amazing to see people in that environment doing things they never thought they could do. A little "gentle encouragement" never goes astray either π however I appreciate that one size doesn't fit all. Helping people achieve things they never thought they could do is epic!
I'm far from perfect but I'm always learning. The goalposts shift. Life happens. I am changing. I'm continually striving to better myself as a Coach so I can bring the best out in people. I want to be a positive role model for those I surround myself with and for my 2 spawn π©βπ§βπ¦

We're getting locked and loaded with strategies to keep on trucking through Winter. We know it can be rough going, especially if you're still looking for your place, so we thought we'd throw this out there.
We take our safety and technique development seriously, but we're a pretty relaxed bunch. No-one is trying to go to the Games, we're not 12 years old, we kiiiiinda know what Tik Tok is (but not really π
) and we don't really care who 'wins' each day.
We ARE inspired by each other tho, and support each other to do what's right for them on any given day. Sometimes that means going hard, but often that means scaling... because we're adults with busy lives and varying degrees of ability & energy depending on the kids, work, available training time, that niggly left shoulder... you know, LIFE things.
We're not selling quick fix.
We're in this for the long-haul.
None of us are getting any younger and while we have some shorter term goals, we're playing the long-game here.
Each class is like a small group Personal Training session with Coach helping you figure out what is right for you.
If you're feeling the vibe, come see how we do and give things a go. Send us a message and we'll talk you through the details.
Added bonus if you already know us but we're open to new Friends & Family too - as long as you can handle some of the yarns that go down ππ€
