The Carve Winter Hustle kicks off in just over a week - and we’re not just talking about showing up to class. We’ve got 8 weeks of events, challenges and good times lined up to make this winter one to remember.

8 weeks: 15 June to 9 August

Stick to your membership threshold. That’s it.

→ 2x/week = 16 classes
→ 3x/week = 24 classes
→ 4x/week = 32 classes

Pack holders can join too, minimum 2 classes/week (16 sessions).

Other than you heading into Spring feeling like an absolute boss…

Hit your threshold and you become a Hustler. Hustlers earn a limited-edition tee. Like our Hot Carve Summer drop (IYKYK), this can’t be bought. It can only be earned.

Every Hustler also goes into the draw to win the GRAND PRIZE - a spring weekend escape to a Canopy Camping property. Because a winter well-spent deserves a proper send-off.

Here’s the thing about winter… 🥶

It’s coming whether you’re ready or not.

And we’ve watched enough winters pass to know exactly what happens when people don’t have something or someone to hold them accountable.

The classes slow down. The “I’ll sort it out in spring” starts. The year that was going so well just... stalls.

We don’t want that for you.

So we’ve been building something. A reason to keep going when the weather gives you every excuse not to. A reason to keep hustlin’.

2025 at Carve was not subtle.

We started the year rearranging the studio, adding more mirrors and shooting fresh content because staying the same has never been the vibe.

Then we turned two and certainly doubled down.

Valentine’s Day came with roses and love notes because we’re romantic like that.

Then March hit and you took on the One Up Challenge, adding an extra class each week like it was nothing.

The waitlists got feral, so we added another reformer. Simple maths.

Winter tried to knock the momentum.
The Commitment Claw said absolutely not.

Mid-Winter Christmas bottomless brunch had Carve Santa delivering gifts for everyone.

Our friend Annie popped over from Melbourne and took a pop-up class and we hosted NZ’s first Train Me Education mat and reformer instructor training with Demi fully in her Head Educator era.

CARVETOBER came back bigger.
Bear. Eagle. Snake. Tiger. Four houses went head to head with Tigers coming out on top at the first annual Golden Dumbbell Awards.

We welcomed new trainers straight from our own Carve community, celebrated milestone after milestone, and watched Tarns casually hit 500 (!!!)

Then we wrapped it all up by launching Hot Carve Summer because consistency doesn’t clock off.

And now the real talk.

To our Carvers.
You show up. You work hard. You back this place.
You fill the classes, stack the waitlists and bring the energy every single day.
Carve is what it is because of you.
2025 was big.
2026 will not be the same.
We’re raising the standard again. Louder, stronger, better.
We’re going all in.

Jo is the definition of a quiet achiever. She shows up, puts her head down, and chips away, getting stronger and more confident every single week. Consistency personified 💪

Anya brings the sunshine. Always bubbly, always smiling, and always willing to be pushed a little further (sometimes she doesn’t have a choice TBF 😅). She takes on every challenge and brings the good vibes.

Beka is our no-nonsense 6am legend. The CARVETOBER Sunrise Slayer award winner and early-morning regular, which feels extra iconic considering she once dreaded exercise. If that’s not character development, we don’t know what is 💅
