This is Waitaiki.. has been working with me for a wee while now and doing really well . Confidence in her ability and to be in a gym without feeling silly doing movements was a little low to begin with but with come consistency, a push from coach and just turning up for her self every week . Things are looking pretty good. Lets keep workin mate 💪

Hitting a plateau ? Been lifting the same weight for weeks, sometimes months? Not getting 'the pump' you usually would? Not growing? ...Try this...

- Change your routine - Different movements/angles that your body is not use to will stimulate the muscles again, and they will fire, trust me. Muscles adapt to the same routine/movements/weights/rep range over and over again so keep em' guessing. Think 1% better every week 💪

- Tempo - play with it, slowing the movement right down means more TUT (time under tension). Adding pauses and holds at the bottom of the squat for example can really change the way muscles fire and make them work alot harder = more muscle growth, strength and also creates more muscle-mind connection. Try a normal barbell squat, then do the same but with a 3 second pause at the bottom. Tell me what is harder 🤔

This is just a couple of ways to try and explained in a nut shell haha. Have a go 💪...still not sure or understand give me a messgae, il show ya.. 🦍
