I hope you all had/are having a fantastic break filled with yummy food good people and hopefully warm weather!
As my next 8 week challenge is just around the corner I thought I would put up some transformation photos of a couple of my girls who absolutely smashed the previous one at the end of 2022 β€οΈβπ₯
Showing us what changing your eating and exercise habits can do - that's all these ladies needed was some sort of direction/guidance towards their goal and I am SO proud of every single one of them in how much commitment and progress was made in just 8 weeks time.
