There will be always 2 CLASSES uploaded: 1 in Spanish and 1 in English, you need to hit the top corner arrow to the right to change from one another.
Both of them would last 24hrs. So can practice when you can.
Otherwise we have a daily live class
10:30 am NZ time ➡️English
4:30 pm NZ time ➡️Spanish
