Here is a 30 minute full body workout not as high intensity as the last one. 😊You will need 2 cans (tinned cans the same size) or two bottles of equal size filled with water, stones or dirt. A large bottle filled with water, stones or dirt and a pillow or chunky cushion. I haven’t left much time for you to have a drink or rest so just pause it when you need one. Enjoy 😊

Here is another 15 minute mini workout. I know a lot of you enjoyed doing the last one. Message me when you’ve done it - I love hearing from you all 😄

Do as many rounds as you can in the 15 minutes.
20 sumo squats
20 squat jumps
20 curtsy lunges (10 each side) this is like curtsying to the queen
20 jumping lunges
20 plank shoulder taps (opposite hand taps opposite shoulder)
20 star fish (lying on the floor arms above your head and feet apart - opposite hand touches opposite foot). 10 each side.

Here is a 30 minute hit workout for you to do. I couldn’t upload it with music so you can choose your own 😊 No weights needed - you just need a chair, drink bottle and sweat towel. Have fun and let me know when you’ve done it.

Hi hope everyone is all well in your bubbles out there. Well done to all those who did the 15 minute mini workout - awesome work!! I did hear from a few of you which was great! 😄 Here is this weeks workout- you will need a timer and a chair for dips but other wise it’s all body weight. If you do have weights at home feel free to add them in.
Choose 3 names and do the exercises as you spell out that name. Feel free to do more names for a longer workout .😄 Don’t forget to stretch out when your finished. Message me the names you did when your done. Also message me if you have any questions- good luck.

Hi, with us all heading into level 4 lockdown there will be no PT's, untill we go into level 2. Hopefully this doesn't last long.
For those of you who are missing your session and wanting to do something, here is a mini workout.

Do as many rounds as you can in 15mins, pm or text me how many you managed 😀

20 Squats
20 alternating lunges
15 press ups
10 burpees
20 Russian twists
15 leg lowers

So very proud of Helen she turns 74 in July. This is her proving age and injury is no barrier to being fit and healthy. She broke her ankle and was in a cast in Febuary last year BUT look at her on the bosu - she even managed some squats on it! I also have to say that her plank was very impressive! 38 seconds! I'm sure it won't be long till she gets to 1 minute. Keep up the fantastic work Helen! WELL DONE!!
