CrossFit Introduction: have you ever wondered what it’s like and been nervous to take the first step?
Jump on our introduction to walk through the foundational movements and principles of quality and effective movement with coach Komi. Session starts at 12pm on Sunday the 28th. This is the very basics and foundations you need to set before making training more complex. It is for everyone.
Alternatively, if you are someone wanting to gain more access and knowledge around the specific skill of a bar muscle up - then sign up to the session at 1pm. This is for those who want to get their first one, string them together or tidy them up. You will also leave with your own specific tools and homework to improve these.
These sessions are for anybody. Book you a space via DM

There will be TWO divisions for you and your partner to choose from:
🔥 Foundations Division
Designed for those new to CrossFit, first-time competitors, athletes transitioning from other sports, and athletes still developing confidence and consistency with movements.
🔥 Progression Division
Designed for athletes with some competition experience and/or a broader range of CrossFit skills, but who are still developing their abilities. This could be considered the next step towards Intermediate.
There will be no podium, but there will be spot prizes.
We will send out workouts prior to competition day. We will even offer coaching guidance as to how to attack each workout, things to think about and what to expect.
The idea is to create a space for every one to have a good crack at a CrossFit competition, with the same energetic and supportive environment, but reducing as much pressure as possible so that the path to a fun and successful day feels achievable for all, regardless of your level.
We keep saying it because we mean it; we got you, fam!
