Hello everyone! I hope that you all are well. I want to share some of my recent writing that speaks to the energy of June and beyond. I trust that it will resonate with some of you.

This is a channeled piece supported by the tarot that talks about navigating change by excavating through the surface layers of our identities to get to our core truth - and staking a claim on it.

Many of us hold back parts of ourselves, or stop short of expressing ourselves fully and unapologetically.
I too struggle with this. Writing and sharing requires me to crack through old armour to let a softer skin be revealed. But, we are in a collective moment where staying small and avoiding our truth feels increasingly impossible.

We have another new moon, this one is in Aries and has been feeling verrry foggy for me. Follow the link in the comments to read the energy update. We get into Archimedes' principles of buoyancy and displacement, and how our bodies follow suit in the healing process. It's just physics!

Does it relate to Aries new moon astrology? Maybe, maybe not... But we do talk sheep. Specifically the vulnerable aspect of the sheep growing its horns and becoming the sovereign ram.

I might be a day or two late to be posting about the full moon in Libra, but I can pull cards any day, right?! I've been feeling some discordant energy in my body, so I pulled some cards for the collective and received a message about the current energy: We have a doorway available to us. We have a choice to turn to it and step through, or not. This doorway is both cosmic as well as personal. This is an opportunity to reclaim truth and balance amongst historic distortion. I'm so grateful to have facilitated a Reiki session in this beautiful place this week. There are wild roses growing on this particular piece of land that I've worked with in the past when I was in a rose dieta (a period of deep immersion with the rose plant). They came through to offer their energy medicine for my reiki recipient. It was a lovely reminder of how we are part of the earth and even if we aren't always aware of it, we are in constant connection and relationship with the whenua. We are part of the ecosystem, not separate from it.

I have been visiting many of my clients in their homes recently. I'm very happy to travel for those who prefer to be in their own homes. Sometimes it makes the difference of whether energy healing is accessible or not, and as with this particular session, our home environments can sometimes have something to share with us.
