Ok this was today (long Version )18 minutes
We were watching weather forecast last 48 hours,
We try mix up our videos show you around the country when we go out,

We took gum boots, extra jerseys, food, hot , cold drinks, sausages ππ
Shovel, strop, chains, D Clips, 4x Trax Boards , πππππ she will be sweet as.
Arrived 10.30 ish was raining, had a feed and drink, when we not 6/7 4wd coming out on the lake track some had trailers with small wheels, mmmm said to Tash want to head upto Loch Katrine? Go find the snow, off we went, been 35 years since I was up that track I knew it was hard few ruts, deep holes,
As we headed up the snow started to get thick on the car.
At the highest point between the two lakes it was settling on the ground very cool.
We arrived following a Prado towing a boat( important but didnβt realise how)
He turned in to see a mate we noticed a track along the front of the lake looked hard there was a turn around area at the end.
Great spot for a cuppa π, half way across itβs not hard at all
Home my brain was going f**k f**k f**k f**k what have I done,
Was in low 2 gear 7/8ths of the way across we found a creek 2 foot wide 1 foot deep moving pretty steady step entrance going in and step on way out and all tiny loose stones.
We stopped and looked canβt go backπ€π€π‘ tracks going threw it
Buggar it have to send it,
Honestly got threw by the skin of our teeth,
F**k got to go back same but no was a road around the back way

As we drove out the Prado was parked up,
We headed out thereβs a hole across the creek itβs deeper going out π³π³,
Headed up the hill through the first gate up the top threw a creek pick ya line good π.
Then into a piece of track looks like bowling lanes but some 2 feet deep , now soaked and slippery π.
On the way in I picked a lane drove across 2 tops of a lane, Sweet As,
So on way out , done the same 15 feet in BANG slide off the top of a lane,
I knew straight away , as I sat at a 30 degree angle, my head and shoulder resting on the window, pool of water below the door was sure door was under water ππππ ( to myself),
I turned to Tash said straight up
We f**king stuck π‘π‘π‘π‘π‘ , she replied ππ.
As I looked at Tash I was looking at the mountain tops because of the angle,
I tried bit of forward / backwards no not going,
I turned to Tash you got to get out, I canβt open the door,
Calmly she replied
How the f**k am I meant to get out!!!π‘π‘π‘π‘
My knees and shoulder problems her elbow and wrist problems what a f**king term!!! Notπ
Finally hot out, got gum boots on I walked round into the back lane the top of my gunboat was 4 inches under water,
Didnβt see that one coming πππ
Got the Trax Biards out (4)
Finally got them set up under the wheels, back left wheel was 4 inches off the ground , made it just uselessly lol, gave up
We got to walk back to lake Katrine, so the snow got heavierπ bit of asthma joined the party and off we went πππ 30 minutes later give or take we arrived at where we saw the Prado it was gone π₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ίπ₯Ί, we found the other guy he told us Peteβs up the top parking the boat

We walked up the hill found them .said Hi remember us we followed you in πππ€π€π€π€ any chance of a tow please?? They smiled ππππ but on the inside you knew they were ππππππππ, canβt blame them any ππ
This was Pete and I think his partnerβs name was Rochelle. Very sorry if Iβve got that wrong , they kindly gave was a ride as we arrived Oete was telling that his mate got struck just around the corner,π right where our car was stuck mmmm I thought, πππ , got in the back got our strop and chainβs on οΏΌ out it camper was off before I could thank him again ,cheers Pete
Saved our butts as we headed around lake Taylor it had changed colour everything was whiteοΏΌ 10 cm deep, deeper in other places,
We got back to our starting point lake Taylor as you watch the start compared to the end
Things can change pretty quickly up here, certainly worth the drive today good day good giggle
