Ever thought of taking your cricket skills to the next level....then Over 40s is the place to be.
Challenge yourself against other like aged cricketers in the country at the ITP4- Wanganui, with exposure for possible selection to the North/South Island clash, or even selection for World Cup 2026- Carribean. If you are playing or have played cricket, will be aged 40 by September 2026, can commit to the tour dates in January 14th -20th(travel dates included) the important team selection Warm Up games on Labour weekend and a $$ investment into your game/skill/future, then come join a great bunch of like minded guys in veterans cricket.

Get Into Umpiring

Over recent weeks we have welcomed 175 people to Community Umpiring sessions around Christchurch. For those thinking about taking the next steps in their umpiring journey, there is an opportunity to link with the Canterbury Cricket Umpires and Scorers Association to start.

With some more basic training you can be on the way to spending time out in the middle at club and school matches, getting the best view in the house. With potential progression to domestic and international cricket, there is an opportunity to make a good career out of umpiring.
