Holly’s commitment is truly next level, and watching her progress since joining us has been so special. She’s grown in strength, confidence and capability, and continues to show up and put in the mahi every single session. Holly, your progress is a true reflection of your dedication. We’re so proud to have you as part of our community 🤍

Next up, April- a true Riccarton OG who’s been part of the Sculpt community since 2023!

April brings the best energy with her every time she walks through the door. She’s dedicated, determined and has continued to impress us, especially with her core strength. It’s so rewarding watching her tackle each series with incredible control, form and precision. April, you’re such a special part of the heart of our community, and we’re so grateful to have you with us 💙

What better way to head into the weekend than by celebrating two incredible women- Katrina & Phoebe💥

First up, Katrina from our Riccarton Studio, who has officially reached the 300 class milestone! 🙌🏼

Katrina walks into the studio like a ray of sunshine, then quietly gets to work and reminds everyone what consistency looks like. No fuss, no excuses, she just shows up and gets it done. Her technique has come so far, but the most rewarding part has been watching her confidence in herself and her body’s abilities continue to grow. Katrina, we’re so lucky to have you in our community. You’re an absolute gem 💙

Next, we’re celebrating the wonderful Phoebe from our Merivale Studio.

Despite balancing a demanding career in law, Phoebe continues to make her health and wellbeing a priority. She shows up with determination, and brings incredible strength, control, and grace to every class. What may look effortless is the result of consistent hard work, discipline, and a genuine commitment to herself. It’s been so special to watch your strength & confidence for this movement continue to grow. Phoebe, you’re an absolute legend. Thank you for being such a special part of our community 🤍
