Big shout out to this legend!! Dad trusted me enough to take him on a 3 day hike on the Humpridge Track in Fjordland. He hadn't done any pre training but handled it with ease! He is already lining up the next hike.

This week is the last week of our 6 week winter weight loss challenge. Everyone has been working so hard with PT sessions in the gym and some cardio sessions in the port hills in the weekends. So much fun!!! A great way to stay active over winter 😊💪❄
