Bowls Australia has announced its two selected players for this year’s Living House Burnside National U26 Singles event (2-4 October). We look forward to having Sheridon Bodnar and Joseph Clarke playing in our tournament. 🇦🇺

Every year, the previous year’s winner and runner-up are offered a guaranteed spot in the field, providing they meet the eligibility criteria, submit an entry, and pay the entry fee. Last year’s runner-up, Tyson Cromie, was one of the two Bowls Australia selected players and he will be back this year for another shot at the trophy.

As part of a long-standing relationship, two spots in the Living House Burnside U26 Singles event are offered each year to Cook Islands Bowls and to Bowls Australia. This fits with our commitment to offer NZ U26 players some great international competition. 🇨🇰🇦🇺🇳🇿

Burnside is now calling for entries for the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝟮𝟲 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲𝘀 tournament, to be held in Christchurch from Friday 2 October to Sunday 4 October.

Eligible players (those aged under 26 years as at 2 October 2026 and a current financial member of a bowling club affiliated to a national organisation) are welcome to submit an entry for consideration. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟴 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲.

All entries will be considered by the Burnside U26 Committee and a mixed field of 32 players will be selected in early July.
