The worthy recipient of the arse-up award this month is Kelvin .. He managed to fall off twice in section 5 .. effectively earning 13 points (Maximum points is actually 5) but he liked to make the most of his errors all at once.. Kelvin loves winning this award!

Congratulations to Richard Gardner (affectionately known as Dick) for winning the arse-up award - with his bike flipping antics on section 8 - note the dirt on his back.. lucky it was a rare dry winter trial 👍😜

Hi Folks, a few pictures here thanks to Peter and Lynnette of our recent Cust Reunion classic trial, the 35th year of this event. 40 riders competed for trouphys in various classes, on a nice sunny day. Thanks to everyone who helped out with organising and also competing in this great event. More pictures on Peter's flickr site and also a folder of pictures from the last 35 years, wel worth a look.

Hi everyone,
This Sunday 19th is the Cust trial at the usual venue 10 minutes out of Rangiora on the Oxford road. just after the bridge on the
right. BBQ this time! Usual entry fee $15
Big apologies for the late heads up, what with Easter and other stuff going on I completely forgot to post .
So I had a heads up from Dave, he an Brian were at the venue today setting up the sections and wants to let everyone know there is an area of new grass sown between the bridge and the willows all the way back to the 'car park'. So on arrival as you come through the gate can you all park on the left of the paddock....so the Cust side, NOT the Rangiora side, also no bikes in that area too. The ground has been worked for the new seed and it is forecast to be wet on Sunday so that ground will be very soft.
Catch you there for a 10am start Cheers Trev

Trev Wiley the winner of the R-sup award this week!! .. on his third lap he forgot where the end pegs were on section 8..and when his mates yelled at him to go to the end pegs he got off balance and over her went.. bike landing on top of him... no damage except to his pride .. his riding buddy said it was funny as a fart! hahaha
