Remembering Romana Kryzanowska
Romana Kryzanowska was introduced to Joseph Pilates in 1941 and trained closely with Joe and Clara Pilates in New York, mastering the Contrology method. After Joe’s death in 1968, she continued working with Clara and preserved the Pilates studio and method.
Romana went on to teach Pilates worldwide and developed a formal training programme for instructors. Following her death in 2013, her legacy is continued by her daughter Sari and granddaughter Daria.
We are proud to be a Romana’s Pilates studio and to teach this enduring legacy.

Mat Classes available throughout the week. Great location, good parking. Bookings recommended. Studio lessons are individual or mini group training on original Pilates apparatus. Extensively trained Pilates instructors will tailor the lesson to your needs whether it's fitness, strengthening and toning, pre or post surgery rehabilitation, competitive sport conditioning, flexibility, pre or post pregnancy, anti-aging, or general mind, body & soul well-being.. ✨Studio Update - Laiza is back! ✨
Laiza will be in the studio next Tuesday and Wednesday.
If you would like to book a lesson with her, please call the studio to arrange.
On Tuesday at 6pm, join Laiza's mat class and stay afterwards for some drinks and nibbles.
If you can't make the 6pm class, feel free to pop in at 7pm and join the gathering.

Teaser on the push through bar is one of the best exercise to learn in the beginning of your Pilates practice.
The bar will help you find the lift you need in your waist and help you feel how to connect your arms to your back. As well as you can leave the legs out of it if you need to focus on the roll up and down.
Remember: the springs are helping you.
